Thawing correctly maintains the freshness of the lobster meat. Here are 3 proven methods:

• • Slow Refrigerate for 2 days until completely thawed
  • Medium Leave out in the counter until just thawed, then immediately refrigerate until use
  • Fast Run under COLD water until thawed
