Mac’s Famous Clam Chowder
Our chowder is thick with clams, not with flour. Being purists about it, we don’t add pork, either. Leeks, thyme, and bay round out the pure, rich flavors of this New England classic. Did we mention that our chowder is gluten free?
Mac’s Chowder comes two ways:
- A frozen base. You’ll get four 16 oz. containers – enough to make a gallon of chowder. Just add equal parts milk or cream & heat
- Ready-made in a sealed bag by the gallon – just heat and serve!
